My Personal Mission For A Masters Of Science Degree

In my personal mission to receive a Master’s of Science degree in Human Resources Administration, I want to be a strong leader at my organization. I would like to remain in the healthcare industry, as it is constantly changing and evolving. This career path suits my interests because I enjoy challenges, influencing change in organizations and developing employees. I have gained experience and knowledge that I want to continue to share with others to help in developing themselves personally and professionally to reach their goals while meeting the bottom-line of the organization. To effectively manage the workforce of today and the future, leaders will need to build and maintain trust within their teams. In addition, my mission includes a dedication to networking and learning. This will enable me to build relationships and sharpen my skill sets. I chose this career path because I feel a career and skill set in leadership are often most challenging however, very rewarding. Moreover, leadership is a skill that is transferrable to other organizations. Vision The vision I have for myself entails being a leader who has a respectable reputation throughout the organization.
