Dear Delicious is having a small employee base of 10 employees and these employees are performing the roles assigned to them in an effective manner. For gaining the desired outcomes, Dear Delicious is complying with the ethical aspects, ensuring employee satisfaction and fulfillment of social responsibility for attaining success. Business ethic Business ethics play a vital role as business faces dilemma due to work related aspects. Ethical aspects create an impact on the success of the business. Ethics act as a viable business strategy which enhances the decision-making process of the business. The term ethics can be explained as the set of morals, principles, values, and standards which are adopted by the individual for bifurcating between the right and wrong. Dear Delicious has adopted an ethical code of conduct for the purpose of ensuring that its operations are not creating harm to the society (?iegis, et. al., 2008). Ethical standards adopted by Dear Delicious have guided towards taking decisions which are ethically right. Dear Delicious has adopted ethical behavior for conducting the operations of the business in an ethical manner. An organization must ensure that the employees of the organization are satisfied as their satisfaction level determines the satisfaction level the customers. Quality of the roles and responsibilities performed gets affected due to the satisfaction among the employees. Employee satisfaction can be explained as the level of satisfaction an employee is deriving from its job. Dear Delicious is focusing on satisfying the needs and expectations of the employees (Eccles, et. al., 2012). These efforts have resulted in providing quality services to the customers of Dear Delicious. For retaining employees it is vital to satisfy the employees. This not only reduces the cost of recruiting employees and reduces efforts involved in providing training to new employees. Dear Delicious is focusing on monitoring the performance of the employees as well as conducting one-on-one ses sions for analyzing the issues faced by them. A Higher level of employee satisfaction results in attainment of the best outputs and provides better opportunities for business (Hossain, 2015). Social responsibility The term social responsibility can be explained as the responsibility of the business towards the society for providing benefits to the society. Society provides different resources to the business on which execution of the operations of the business is dependent. Business must fulfill their responsibility towards the society and environment.
